1994 Oldsmobile 88 sick old car

I put a code reader on the car and got these codes 321 no 18x ignition pulse im going to check crank position 2 marrow. 341 intermittent cam position sensor, I replaced that today.( No code). 361 est not toggling. 406 EGR pindle position error. Itook the EGR off and checked pindle and works fine, I do have an extra one though. 705 PRNDL switch failure. And 740 torque converter clutch failure is the clutch solenoid an internal part. Also I took the engine out of a royal column snifter model and put it in a counsel shift car 88 royal LS, , it seems like the snifter cable is to long, when in drive shifter is located 3rd gear position, I cant get to 2nd and 1st because snifter is in 1st position when in drive. I go by the led display on the counsel to see ware is drive. Im a electrician not a ace mechanic, but I do my own work when possible.
I tried adjusting cable at trans but didn't work. Are there 2 different length shift cables? Thank for you opinion and help.
