My mitsubitshi mirage runs on 3 cylinders, does that make it sound like a bad muffler?It leaks oil from up top someone tightened the rocker arms to tight and I did the filler tool to them as good as I could. Has no compression in #3 what do I do?

If the rockers are too tight, that is why you have no compression. The valves are most likely open.

No compression. Test with a comp gauge, add a little oil and if the comps do no increase it will be a valve problem, check this out first.
