1994 Mitsubishi Galant Repair Question
Starter turns the engine over, but no fuel and no spark.
Did you actually test anything or did you just throw parts at it? The fuel pump should not be running except for one second after turning on the ignition switch, and again during engine rotation, (cranking or running). No spark, no fuel pump, and no injector pulses all have one thing in common. All are powered through the automatic shutdown relay which is turned on by the Engine Computer when it sees engine rotation. It knows that by the pulses from the camshaft position sensor and the crank shaft position sensor. Failure of one of those sensors is WAY more common than even one failed computer or a failed fuel pump.

the fuel pump and main relay is located under the radio. Check if they are working correctly and ensure the grounding circuits are good.
