Hyundai excel
My hyundai excel check engine light came on I noticed a decrease i power and some sort of rattle from engine.oil is ok coolant too.The rac mech had aquick look and said its not timing belt/valve or bearings noise seems to come from rockers.what can it be?engine is cranking but wont start.

Have the computer scan for code/s,there's a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to come on.This is your starting point to finding out the problem.
