Honda Prelude Fuel pump Problem

The car cranks up. Fuel pump okay, sparks are okay in plugs, plug wires and coil, etc. Why it starts sometimes and doesn't start. Where is the location of Cold Start Sensor? Could this be problem. Please help.

Check the PGM-FI main relay. Most likely the circuit board needs some resoldering. When problem occurs with the PGM-FI main relay, the fuel pump would not operate. The Malfunction Indicator Light might stay on for longer than it should.
