I was trying to pull trouble codes and jumped the wrong connector it sparked and now the car won't start. So I replaced the ecu but still nothing I'm not sure what to do now? Note the car did run before mad the engine mileage is 0 it's a new engine and the engine is a b18b1 from a Acura integra

Is the fuel pump running? Use a long funnel in the gas fill neck and key it on and listen for the pump to hum. If it runs then check for spark.
