I have a 1994 honda civic ex that had an engine swap and one of my codes if for the vtech solenoid valve and i dont think the engine is a vtech engine. What do you think i should do about it?

I think its a 1.5. And the code is 21

If you have that code, you have a V-tec computer.

this is my engine but its not vtech i dont think is it?

The computer is programmed to monitor Vtec so there has to be some issue with the computer.
