I am working on a 1994 honda accord, so far everything runs great, BUT the other day i went to go work on it and it wouldn't start. i looked at the battery and it was fine. so found out, it is something in the fuse box i have to stick a metal stick in this fuse (i guess it a fuse) to make it start and even then i wont start, so i have no clue whats going on, help?
