I am working on a 1994 honda accord, so far everything runs great, BUT the other day I went to go work on it and it wouldn't start. I looked at the battery and it was fine. So found out, it is something in the fuse box I have to stick a metal stick in this fuse (i guess it a fuse) to make it start and even then I wont start, so I have no clue whats going on, help?

I really need a lot more details about this problem.
What does this mean "I have to stick a metal stick in this fuse to make it start and even then it won't start"?
How did you determine that the battery was good?
Can you attach some pics of the fuse and "metal stick"?
