I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX, and I have recently noticed a squeaking/creaking noise whenever I turn the steering wheel or go over bumps. I have recently had my cv joints, tie rods, and ball joints replaced (within the last month), and the problem started this week, after I had my brake pads checked. The power steering level is good, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Lower control arm bushings and upper strut mounts can make squeaking noises. The best place is a tire and alignment shop for an inspection. I'd suggest going back to the place that did the previous work so they can double-check their work. some replacement lower ball joints are an improved design over what came originally on the car and they will have grease fittings. Sometimes we forget to add the new grease when we install the joints, and sometimes we just don't get enough into the joint. That can also cause a squeak.
