What does it mean when the ecmb fuse is UN.

What does it mean when the ecmb fuse is UN pouted and the truck works right but when I have it plugged. In the truck stays running when the key is off so I have to keep plugging the fuse in and unplugging it when IM done driving.

When you turn the key off, no primary voltage at the coil, no spark. Did you check for spark at the sparkplugs when problem is ongoing? Another issue could be, cylinder compression is too high and vehicle is dieseling. Cylinder temp too high?

The ecmb fuse supplies voltage to pcm and fuel pump.
