1994 Geo Prizm Getting Heat Heater Blower Works Flushed Heater Core Garden

I am not getting heat from heater. The blower works. I have flushed heater core with garden hose in both directions and it is clear. the control valve is good, I tested it when flushing core. I have replaced the thermostate. The aire direction controls work. and AC does not seem effected.
