Ford Truck Engine Problem

Wont crank on way it cranks is if u spray syarting fluid in it i changed the fuel filter and pump relay wont kick on changed it and still nothing

Did you check circuits at the fuel pump relay? The load side of relay has that line with arrowhead on it. You can see the fuse in the diagram. The coil side of relay has the squiggle line, the red wire is voltage for coil side of relay, comes from pcm power relay. The lite blue wire with orange tracer is ground for the coil side of relay, goes to ecm. You can also use jumper ground at proper pin at datalink connector, to ground relay, to see if pump will run. Any applicable trouble codes? In the diagram also note the inertia switch. I wasn't sure of engine litre size? I looked at f150 4.9L
