Is the starter engaging? Have you checked for power to the starter with the key in the start position?

It clicks win i turn the switch but how would i.do that

If it clicks, the battery doesn't have enough power to crank the engine. Remove the battery, recharge it, and have it tested at the local parts store. Most will do it for free. Let me know what you find.

I had tried to jump it off first. Then went and got the battery charged n when i tried it after that still the same outcome

Have the battery tested. It may not hold up under a load.
