I have a transmission problem. My trany was rebuilt 2 years ago I was 3quarts low I didnt know it was that low . But I was smelling a burnt smell to and I topoped it and it wont shift out of 1st

The shift clutch is probably bad and needs replacement. Unfortunately this means a full rebuild. Make sure you take it to a transmission specialist and not just a regular repair facility.
