94 Ford Tempo GL 2.3 NO START. Cranks OK. Spark on all four wires. Good fuel pressure. Installed new coil. Verified TFI, ECM and PCM are working. Car was stored for a year with blown head gasket which I just replaced. Today I am going to check the cylinder compression since valves were rusty and looked burned. I removed and cleaned them but valve seals not shiny anymore and appear rough. If compression is ok then what is the next step? Also since I have good sparks on all four wires does that mean the timing is ok? Or at least good enough to start?

You should be aboe to start if there are ignition sparks and fuel pressure with good compression. The other thing to check with such symptoms wold be the fuel injectors. Try some starting fluid to see if fires up briefly.
