If you look on the back of the headlights, you'll see little round nuts of sort on the screws coming out the back of the lights. These fit I believe a 5/32 inch socket, just put the socket on the end and tighten or loosen as necessary. It'll make more sense when you see it. There is a special tool for this if you look online.

How do you adjust the headlights aiming? I just installed new after market headlights that came with new bulbs. Do you use a screwdriver from the front and do you have to remove the amber parking lights to get at the other two screws or is there a way to adjust using a special wrench (small one) to turn the screw from inside/behind the headlight assembly?

The factory lights adjust using the adjuster screws on either side of the headlight housing. To turn them requires a 4mm socket on a long ratchet or the special Ford tool that will go over the end of the adjuster stud behind the headlamp.
Lisle 14540 is the same as the Ford tool and can be bought online.

However you need to be sure that the after market lights you have use the same thing.
