there is a motor on the transfer case that I would look at first. it is a common failure. you should have a shop check it for you as they can power it up and move it to verify if the motor is good or not.

I have power all the way to my wheels.the axles will turn but the wheels dont

sounds like a hub issue. is it both wheels that dont engage or just one of them??

trying to find more info on the front hubs. not having too much success. is there vacuum lines going to the hubs???

the drivers side makes a clicking sound when you engage the 4 wheel drive

ok, once again, you have issues with the hubs. get them checked, serviced or replaced.
