Ford F-350 Engine Problem
When i turn key engine wont crank
i turned key to on position and bypased starter relay, motor cranks but wont fire
does relay need to functoin to fire ?
also , when i first turned on the key i had no power but turned key on/off couple of times and then that problem went away?

it may be a bad ignition sswitch but scan for codes first. you might also try resetting yoru anti theft on your truck that may be messed up.also check fusilble links at rela/junction box.they have gray to yellow wire one may be making bad contactor most of wires broken in it.
