Ford Explorer Heater Problem
The heater on our car does not work very well. When we put the heater on panel, it feels warm by the panels, but no hot air blows out. Also, it smells burnt when we leave the heater on very long. Could that be a problem with the fan or is something else wrong?

it sounds like the blower is not working at all. have it checked for a failed blower motor.
