Symptom started a year ago when I was driving I was getting a wobbling noise in the front end. I checked the tires and they would rock back in forth from top to bottom. So I changed the wheels bearings and that fixed the problem. Now one year later same thing, but noise is worse. Changed the hubs and bearings, but did not fix the problem. Please help.

Try putting tires to rear see If it changes. Then have front end checked especially ball joints and radius arm bushings as they are a known problem.
