Starts up but car won't run when put in gear.
Car was running fine until I ran through water during rain storm.Car will start and run a little rough in park but will cut off when shifted in gear. Spark plug wells are dry and coil pack wires fires up.

How high was the water?
Did car start to run rough immediately after running through or only after some travelling distance?
Which engine do you have?

After traveling a few miles. It is a 4-door 1.9.

Check the crankshaft sensor wire connector for water contamination.
Check for trouble codes.
