1994 Ford Escort Car Died Fuel Cutout Light Came On Put New Filter Pump Relay

When car died the fuel cutout light came on. Have put a new fuel filter and new fuel pump and new fuel relay switch. But the car still won't start. Please i don't know what else to do.
