my 94 250ecoline cargo van has sat for 2 years,and wants to stall while im driving it ,what can i do?

I replaced the air filter,oil filter,rad cap,added gas cleaner-seafoam.COULD IT BE SPARK PLUGS OR IGNITION COIL?
