My car just started making a rubbing like sound mainly when I make a turn but also does it when im stoped or parked. What is the noise im hearing?

Gonna have to turn my speakers up so I can hear it. You know we can't diagnose something over a computer. You need someone who can listen to the noise, who can open the hood and look around to see what area it's coming from, and who can move and change things to see what affects it. I suggest a mechanic.
