Can I pull distributor and then set the CAM to the factory settings and then reinstall the distributor

I put a new timing chain in my 94 dodge 1500 360 motor but none of the timing markd are lining up for truck to start and the timing is set by computer and it dose have a distributor

Pulling the distributor won't solve anything. It's in time with the gear on the end of the camshaft. Put the timing chain right and the camshaft and distributor will be the same as before. The camshaft position sensor in the distributor is only for injector synchronization. You won't notice any change when you adjust it.
