Intermitent Starting Issue

Turn the key and no start. Wiggle it or try try again and it starts. Replaced the ignition switch and still does it. Also have replaced starter? Whats the issue?

Check and test the starter relay and transmission range switch-double check the battery condition and connections-

That was my next step. Location is my next question. Im assuming in a little black box? Battery is brand new and conections are in excellent shape. Thanks so far.
