1994 Dodge Dakota Repair Question

Dodge Dakota Fuse Problem
I have a 1994 dakota v8 and i always have my radar detector plugged in with no problem, i was trying to fix a 12v spotlight and when i plugged the light in and tried to turn it on there was a slight popping sound and when i tried to plug in the radar detector again it wouldnt work and now i cant get my 12v plug to work at all, ive tried checking all the wires and ive checked all of the fuses, any suggestions?

Unplug the wire on the back of the outlet and test it for voltage. If there's no 12 volts there, check the fuses again under the hood AND inside.
