Serpentine belt keeps slipping off and causing the edge toward fire wall to be cut off, I have replaced the tension pulley but still have this problem. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

Pulley or the entire tensioner? The tensioner is the most common failure as it wears out and cocks thus pushing the belt off

Ok, release the belt and spin the other pulleys. The water pump is a common failure for failed bearing in the pump. The power steering pulley, watch for cracks as it is plastic and the harmonic balancer pulley for wobbling
