Fuel gauge wont work

Just replaced fuel pump on 94 caravan fuel gauge was working before but not now I checked the fuses and wiring going to the pump why will it not work. Fuel gauge wont work after replacing fuel pump it was working before that why?

You may have trappped the arm when installing it. Remove it again and make sure the arm isnot caught on anything.

Remove the pump again, pop off the float arm, and bend the contact slightly to make better contact. All professionals know to do that to avoid intermittent problems.
