94 Caravan Won't Start

My 94 Dodge Caravan won't start. The battery is good. There is no noise when I turn the key. The lights come on, but the dash gauges, radio, windows don't work. Anything that needs the ignition switch turned on won't work. All fuses under dash and under hood are good.

Check fuses 56-57 in Power Distribution Center

Check with Test light or meter if good then ignition switch faulty
