Did you check the alternator wiring? At the alternator bat terminal any voltage with the key off? Maybe something wrong with alternator wiring circuit?

Can you check for charging system trouble codes?

Just to add, to check mil codes, turn the key just till the dash lites come on, no further, cycle the key on--off, on--off, on, then hopefully the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes, your looking for two digit codes.

Note the picture with charging system codes.

The three wires at alternator connector, one is battery voltage, hot all the time, the middle one is voltage from asd relay, voltage with engine running. The third wire is for voltage regulator, the voltage regulator is part of computer.
