truck cuts off every time i come to a stop

Unless i keep pressure on gas. while driving it runs great. 1994 gmc. v6 4.3 done changed map sencer. fuel filter. intake gasket. coil.

does putting in neutral before coming to stop has the same effect?

I have the same issue with my 1992 k1500 and jave been told it's the coolant temperature sensor. The gold colored big round sensor towards the tbi. I am going to try it out on mine this weekend. Hope this works!
