Truck won't start. No clicking. No noises

I was driving down the freeway smelt something burning so I pulled over to see what it was. The exhaust manifolds were red hot which caught the spark plug wires on fire. I put the fire out and let it cool then drove home. Switched the wires out the next day but had to run to the store so I thought it would be okay to run to the corner. While I was driving the truck just died. I got it towed home and can't figure out whats wrong. When I try to start it there's power to the dash but the truck doesn't make any noise it doesn't even click. Any ideas on what it could be? 1994 silverado.
