My truck will start on if you hold the gas to the floor but it has really bad miss an cuts out bad it idols high i have tried a new fule pump,troldbody,fule regalter can the computer cause that

scan for codes adn check fuel pressure. check for a vacuum leak under tbi unit the gasket has been known to blow.
