Chevrolet Silverado Fuel injection Problem
Have to pump gas 20 - 30 times when cold...have replaced fuel pump and filter

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores will loan out a fuel pressure gage. You may have to put up a deposite, but, you get the deposit back when you return the gage. Are you tbi fuel injection or what? If your tbi fuel injection, you can see the injector spray pattern, engine cranking. Any applicable mil codes, you should be able to check mil codes, yourself.
