losing oil pressure

I just rebult a 94 s10 2.2 rods mains rings cam,bearings & oil pump Head redone. when I start the engine it sonds good, good power, good oil preasure But one half hour to hour to running it starts loosing oil pressure all the way to nothing!

When you lose the pressure, do you hear any knocking or ticking from the engine?

what was it im having the same darn problem but not quite an hour about 10 -15 mins basically once its warmed up iv done the same things you have except i havent done the cam bearings yet due to the fact that i heard they have to be pressed in? what else can cause oil presure to drop?... can a bad hydr lifter cause loss of oil presure?????

yup i know and i get those same emails to me when it happens to me and if i can like in the timing chain issue i help them (the aftermaket tension doesnt heat set like the oe one so it doesnt last as long as the oe one this site is for everone to help each other and if i can help someone i do im not annoyed by the emails unless it ends up being spam or an advertisment if its anactual person in need il go out of my way to help them i would hope you would do the same :/
