I am having a problem with my 1994 Chevy G30 Sports Van, with a 350 V8. The fuse for the AC blower fan over heats, the right side has melted and the terminal on the panel shows signs of overheating also. I cleaned the terminals and replaced the fuse, but it still gets hot. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

First, did you increase the amp fuse from oem ratings?

Motor is drawing too much.

From the sounds of it, the fuse box need to be replaced. Wiring traced to find burned areas and of course, replace the blower motor
