Overheating

My mothers car is overheating and I have replaced the waterpump aswell as the thermostat. Whats the problem? Please need HELP!

Cooling fans operating? Engine run above 250? Boil over? Cap good?

Cap should be good, it is boiling over at above 250. The radiator shouldnt be clogged because its only got 15k miles on it. Should I replace the cap? Ill go check the fans real quick.

Then no. It wasnt. Whats the procedure for filling this type of engine? Didnt think there was one. Guess I was wrong. :/

Open valve fill till stream of coolant comes out
