My car will start fine but once the engine is hot and I turn it off, it won't start (almost as if the battery doesn't have enough juice to turn the engine over). If I let it sit for a while, it will start right up. Any ideas?

Have you had the battery and alternator tested? Also have you made sure the battery cables are clean and tight?Do you have a multimer or test light?
