1994 Chevrolet Cavalier Car Vibration 65 75 Mph Front Chassis Suspension Parts

Car has a vibration at 65-75 mph. All the front chassis and suspension parts have been changed out over the past 5 years EXCEPT...the lower control arm bushings and lower ball joints. Could this be the problem?
