Camaro oil pressure

I am looking to purchase an older camaro 1994, it looks okay, but runs great. I was wondering what is the oil pressure supposed to be at while driving. It goes to 80 and registers 70 at high speeds, no high temp or anything.

Could be the oil pump pressure relief valve not opening

Is there a guideline as to waht the pressurre is supposed to be when driving and when stopped?
