starting problem

I am having problems getting the van to start. I have replaced the fuel pump, filter, relay and the ECU. No luck. What am I missing?

did you check for spark? does it fire if you squirt some gas into intake?

didnt check spark cause the pump wont punp.

have you done any electrical checking for power and ground?
