The power steering stopped working so I checked for leaks and so far hasn't found any and now has replaced the pump and replaced with 3 quarts of fluid and still not working. The fluid is white and foamy now. Could the fluid be mixing with something else because i'm not seeing where it's coming back out anywhere. Plz. Help. Thank you

System uses 1.5 pints of fluid andd you have added 3 quart to the system. Seems the fluid is being pumped somewhere.

White and foamy indicates it is being contaminated and has air in system. Check if any of the hoses are connected/passes through coolant passages.

I checked and found out that the fluid is running into the brake booster and is running down the fire wall and into the floor of the front and back seat. Could this be connected to the rack of pinion? Plz help. I'm desperate now to know why this fluid is coming inside and how do I fix it. Thank you for ANY assistance.

The leak must be from the steering rack pinion seal. Steering pinion goes into vehicle and when leaks occurs there, it would flood the cabin.

The steering rack has to be repaired or replaced.
