Cadillac Deville Body Problem
It was heard to shift, while driving sounded like something hit the car, now it shifts too easy. Parked it.

something has happened to the trans from the very little info you provided.
i would get it checked at a shop as it may be a broken spring in the valve body but needs to be verified by someone who can drive it, experience it and inspect it.
