1994 Cadillac Deville Repair Question

My car hesatateing when u push the gas and it backfires when it doese it if i push the gas hard it smoothes out sometimes

I have put a water pump i got a tune up i got fuel filter and a fuel ragalator

CEL on? sounds like maybe TPS or it's running to lean for other reasons like OX sensor or there's a VAC leak.
