hesitating when i push the gas

My car hesitating when u push the gas and it backfires when it does it if i push the gas hard it smooths out sometimes I have put a water pump i got a tune up i got fuel filter and a fuel regulator

CEL on? sounds like maybe TPS or it's running to lean for other reasons like OX sensor or there's a VAC leak.
