While driving my car, I downshifted too early into second, the car died instantly and now will not start. It cranks, but will not turn over. What could the problem be? 1994 Acura Integra

Try jump starting it, jumper cables, new spark plugs

Hello,

It sounds like you could have internal engine damage.
Depending on the duration, over-revving can throw connecting rod. Can also damage the valve train.
Since you are unable to start the engine, it is a good chance of thrown rod(s).
If that is what has happened, then the engine needs to be taken apart to have the damaged components rebuilt.
