1994 Acura Integra That Recently Car Starting Randomly Dying Ill

My question is that recently my car starting randomly dying. Ill be driving normally and when I put it into 3rd gear it Boggs out. The car would still be turned over but when I hit the gas it wouldn't idle or go anywhere. So I would turn it off and turn it back over and it would start. I was just driving and put my car into 2nd when it died. I turned it off and I went to
Turn it back over and it wouldn't start. I sat in my car for about 30 seconds with it off and then it started.

Please help!
