Is there a fuse that operates the radio, automatic seatbelts, and the acc part of the ignition switch?

I was working on the radio with the key on. When i was working on it I grounded out a power wire. So there was a small spark and there is no power to the radio. The automatic seatbelts do not work anymore and the key warning chimer quit. Looked for a bad fuse but couldn't find one.
