Toyota Corolla Check engine light Problem
My car runs great when temp outside is above freezing . but when below freezing it hard starts and runs rough till it warms up then runs great again.

If could be in need of a tune up. New plugs wires, can and rotor can do a lot. The fuel system could be flushed and injectors cleaned as well as a new fuel filter. The Idle air control valve could potentially be cleaned. Do you have a check engine light? If so, check it out and find out what it is and perform repairs accordingly.
