Both of the back seat belts are fully extended with no tension.

I can push them back in near the top and I hear them roll around the reel, but then if I tug them there's no tension whatsoever. Needless to say, I can't take my kids in my car. Very weird that it's happening with both seatbelts in the back. Any help would be appreciated.
